Dr. Anthony de Pontes is a Homeopath of 27+ years and functional medicine practitioner, who runs the Nelspruit integrative medical centre on the outskirts of Kruger national park, South Africa.

Anthony shares his deep insight into the role of Homeopathy in auto-immune disorders, notably, thyroid disease and talks about the need to work holistically when treating auto-immune disease.

We also talk about taking time to rebalance, the importance of climate and nature, and how Anthony relaxes and re-energises himself.
